With over 25 years of senior management, experience building startup sales teams including hybrid w2/1099, and clinical experience, Lita has worked with advanced wound care and biological companies such as Smith & Nephew, Amniox, and Medela, all while maintaining a very high leadership role with each company. Lita has built successful sales organizations and has always achieved her company goals and objectives. She is a well-respected leader in the advanced wound care industry. In her spare time, Lita owns Overmountain Vineyards and is a licensed real estate broker.
